Local Food Cooking Demonstration

Hosted by the Bookworms Herb Club of the Marion Public Library and the Marion Public Health's Project 197 team, the event will highlight the following:

• Information on harvesting, preserving and cooking with herbs
• the health benefits of eating locally grown produce
• share sample recipes
• and have information on how the Marion Public Library and Marion Public Health have been changing their landscapes to include food.
